From the perspective of factory building structure, there are mainly two types: single-sided steel structure factory building and double-layer steel frame structure factory building. The height of the two buildings is different, and the details of the relative overall design are also different. Let me tell you the differences between the two.

1. Single-sided steel structure factory building

1. Clarify the height of the factory building

The design elevation of the column top of a crane-less factory is generally determined by the height of the larger production line equipment and the necessary floor height for use, installation, and maintenance. Generally, it is not less than 3.8m. The design elevation of the column top should be a non-negative integer of 300mm. If it is a diamond structure with a load capacity, it should be a non-negative integer of 100mm.

2. Design and layout of equipment pipelines

The layout and arrangement of pipelines must be organized and disciplined. When selecting equipment, try to choose CNC lathes and other auxiliary equipment with beautiful shapes and suitable colors. At the same time, the layout is adjusted in accordance with the indoor construction standards, and the pursuit of harmony and unity is achieved within regularity.

2. Double-story steel structure factory building

1. Reasonable layout of double-story steel structure factory floor plan

The bottom floor of the double-story steel structure factory building is mostly used to arrange the initial processing of raw materials, large machinery and equipment, and large water supply or raw material and finished product warehouses that are open to the public for frequent transportation; the upper floors are mostly used to arrange workshops with a large area ( For example, production, processing and installation workshops); other floors are arranged according to the production line. Each solid layer is mainly connected by a cargo elevator, and the stairs should be arranged against the wall.

The common layout of double-story steel structure factory buildings is:

① The inner corridor is arranged in different spans, and the middle span is used as a passage. ② The layout is equal span, suitable for large-scale and flexible layout of manufacturing workshops.

2. The height of a double-story factory building is generally 4 to 5 meters, or for better and more natural lighting, it should be set to 6 meters, but the overall height of the equipment and suspension transport aircraft must be taken into consideration.
